Shawn Jeffers is both a practicing Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA). Shawn combines his specialties to create training programs that help individuals achieve movement quality within a personal or high performance training capacity.
Shawn comes from a 15-year background in high performance sport. Shawn has worked with Toronto FC of Major League Soccer from their inaugural season 2007-2015 as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Athletic Therapist. He has also worked with athletes that have competed in the 2010 and 2014 World Cup of soccer for teams including the USA, Honduras and Brazil.
Along with soccer, Shawn has worked with Canadian national team athletes from sports such as Beach Volleyball, Cricket, and Archery. Most notably he has trained Olympic Gold, Silver and Bronze medalists from the Canadian National Swim team who competed in the 2016 Olympic games in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
Now Shawn has expanded his expertise to include 1 on 1 in-home personal training for people who want to invest in their health and achieve long lasting fitness goals and lifestyle changes.
